Welcome to the website of the charity concert, Sunday at the Musicals.
Since June 2015, Paul Burton has produced three different productions of Sunday at the Musicals, plus a summer version called Summer at the Musicals, at three different venues in London's West End. In the process, the concerts have raised a total of £3,377.08 for the Royal Variety Charity. To date, Caroline Dennis, Rosemarie Ford and Hilary O'Neil have each taken on the hosting duties between them. While sixty singers have taken part in one or more of the various concerts. They include: Bronte Barbé, Helena Blackman, Joanne Clifton, Anita Louise Combe, Katie Rowley Jones, Lucy Kay, Shona Lindsay, Liza Pulman, Amy Ross, Faryl Smith, Poppy Tierney, Marti Webb, Rebecca Wheatley, Shona White and Sarah-Louise Young. Meanwhile, Michael Haslam and Matt Pallant have both participated in the concerts at various times as pianists.
The next Sunday at the Musicals will take place at St. Paul's Church (The Actors' Church) in Covent Garden, London, on Sunday 4th June 2017 at 7.30pm. Hosted by Rosemarie Ford, this concert will feature a company of singers, including Rock Choir led by Pippa Gearing, performing songs from past and present musicals, accompanied by pianist, Matt Pallant. The production, which is being produced by Paul Burton and directed by Carole Todd, will once again see a donation made to the Royal Variety Charity.
